Pros
Young, fun coworkers that you can find common ground with / find a bar afterwards to grab beers with. You'll find that you're not alone in most of your misery.
Cons
Management is completely clueless which is the biggest problem. The "leaders" have absolutely no idea how to manage and LEAD a team. Environment can be extremely gossipy and very political (often times related to those that are in management positions). The micro managing is overwhelming at times and it makes it hard to focus on doing work the smart way. Medical insurance is also ridiculously expensive.
