Pros

Young and fun co-workers, everyone is actually nice and helpful

Cons

1) It's a revolving door because leadership has no idea what's really going on with the Boston market, and if they do, then clearly they don't care 2) Zero work-life balance...it's actually encouraged to stay past 7pm 3) Leadership will grill you if you're numbers aren't up on a weekly basis 4) Must make a minimum of 100 phone calls a day, so you're practically glued to your chair as soon as you get to your desk 5) No morale...you will get scolded if your candidate doesn't take a temp job, even if they said no and was not interested 6) Benefits are expensive, no 401k match, and salary isn't competitive 7) Micromanagement is unbelievable

Tandym Group Response

Thank you for your review, as constructive feedback is encouraged in order to enhance and improve our quality services. We are constantly bench marking our salary and benefit packages to ensure that they are competitive within the markets that we operate. Your comments are of concern and are clearly not in line with our other 9 offices, and the majority of our 250 staff members. I am disappointed to hear of your experience with our firm and wish you the best. in your career. Edward Fleischman, CEO at The Execu|Search Group.
