Thanks for your review. The staffing industry is sales-focused; therefore, metrics do have to be monitored in some way. What sets us apart from other firms is that we do not only rely on metrics and rather have goals for our staff to work up to. All staff are trained and then continue to be coached by their team, so that they are successful at meeting their goals. We take training and ongoing training very seriously, because we do not look at our employees as numbers, but as members of our team that we hope will stay for years to come. It’s unfortunate you feel the metrics were the only area looked at because we do hope employees enjoy the culture of the company and feel comfortable enough to ask for extra training or help when needed.
