Pros

Team happy hours, otherwise nothing to write home about.

Cons

Where do I even begin.....The micromanagement? The toxic management cliques that operate like high school bullies? The aggressive competition encouraged by management that only breeds resentment among team members? What about the unethical handling of candidates? My manager not only encouraged but positively told me to lie to candidates in an attempt to “keep them warm” and to prevent other agencies from submitting their resumes for requisitions in an attempt to curb our own competition? Not to mention the completely inappropriate and sometimes illegal behavior at company events? Compensation is mediocre at best and the benefits are so bad that even after paying close to $500 a month for medical, vision and dental, paying copays and meeting deductibles you’ll get medical bills in the mail.

Tandym Group Response

It is very unfortunate to hear about your experience working at our firm. We take a lot time and effort training our senior leadership team so that they are able to support their teams to the best of their ability, so it’s upsetting to hear you feel otherwise. We are always looking at our benefits and other programs for possible improvements. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Larry Dolinko, CEO The Execu|Search Group
