Under our new leadership team, we have made some intentional changes that enable our workforce to effectively do their job, through continuous investments in the right technology and adding round-the-clock resources. We also organized our DE&I committee to be aligned to a common mission: “Forming a diverse and culturally conscious workplace that provides inclusive and equitable opportunities for all." The intent of our DE&I committee is to educate and increase cultural awareness, while providing a safe space for employees of all backgrounds to vocalize support and foster feelings of belonging and inclusivity. I personally have an open door policy and welcome any and all feedback and am committed to providing the best-in-class experience for all of our employees.
