While we’re appreciative that our employees find our Flexible PTO and Summer Fridays to be a great benefit we offer, we recognize assessment for continuous improvement is necessary. To that end, we are doing exactly that to resolve matters with agility and precision. Our systems, processes and new leadership will bring positive impact, and this can only be seen over time. For behavior that attributes to creating a negative environment, these matters should be brought to HR so they can be addressed immediately.
