Pros
Had put my heart and soul into learning the business and working here after a 13 year career in higher ed. Loved the high energy and learning of new skills. My direct supervisor was the best there was and always was there to help if I ever needed her. Our dept was used as an example of how things run well many times.
Cons
Our entire department was cut from existence with no warning, right before the holidays. They now are calling all of our past clients/candidates and opening up another Life Science Dept. The payroll department is absolutely horrible and cannot get anything right ever. Your paychecks will never be right.
