Tandym was responsible for the acquisition of my last company. We were all promised a job, benefits with Tandym. All the upper executives came into our office in a suit and tie, spoke with us, basically "sold" the company to us- talking about how great this opportunity will be!
Just a day prior to the official buy out, they let go of 85% of our company, Me being one of them. Our company told us we weren't doing well enough to bring us all along.
(Which just sounds like an excuse) With 2 weeks no commission severance, and none of our previous promised commission for filling permanent roles. I had thousands of dollars that was supposed to be issued to me in the next couple of months, but due to our previous company "not existing anymore"- we will never see that money. It is very disappointing to the people that were very loyal to this company prior to the buyout. We were the reason the company was so successful and the reason why Tandym even wanted to acquire us in the first place. All and all, if your company is going through a buyout with Tandym- RUN!!! It seems like they are just dirty and wanted our clients, not the employees/culture.
