Business Outlook
Pros
Super nice and supportive team. I've learned so much about the business and am excited about the opportunities ahead. New technology has been introduced... it was a "mildly" painful transition but now running much more smoothly... super excited about how much it's helping me in my day-to-day activities.
Cons
There has been a lot of change... market has been rough... but honestly that's feedback I hear from other people I know in the industry. I wish they had a 401K match... but health benefits are really good and inexpensive.
