Pros

Professional team. Tango Analytics workforce is made up of diverse types of employees reflecting various levels of responsibilities, expertise and duties. Good management: policies and practices governing the time, scheduling and responsibilities of employees’ work. Flexible work arrangements, I’m happy to working from my home. Internal training and opportunities for career growth. Fair compensation (performance based), good benefits and year-end bonus.

Cons

Nothing personal, to a great extent everyone was impacted negatively, by this COVID-19 pandemic. It is fair enough to say that I’m more productive and motivated when I work from home.

Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
