Pros

They give opportunity to freshers to start their careers. This is their strategy to save money.

Cons

Management is selfish, greedy, disrespectful, and disconnected. Also, the salaries paid they're way too less than the services you render. I have worked with many organizations, but such "INHUMAN and "UNETHICAL" behavior has never happened such cruel management. They don't like collaboration and extremely avoid team activities. It's a very SAD and NEGATIVE place. VERY OLD style of working.

Remote work. Products are generally well received by prospects.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
