Pros

They had some growth opportunities, and it was a key motivation for me at that time. things changed quickly.

Cons

When a company grows, it is the responsibility of the leadership team to make changes easier for employees. Here, the attitude of the top management was different. They didn't bother to update the employees on important events, which created stress and led to chaos. The circus-like ambiance created more confusion as people were unsure of their roles. Overall, management's neglect had terrible consequences.

Cons

Huge churn of clients in recent years. ELT churn within last 18/mo. Sales leadership is toxic and not meeting quotas. PE is tightening the screws and the CFO and outside consultant are defacto leaders of company.
