Pros

Working at Tapcheck has been a game-changer for my career growth. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, pushing me to excel further. Solving complex problems is not just a task but a rewarding journey where I witness the impact of my efforts firsthand. The camaraderie within my team is unparalleled, fostering a supportive environment where collaboration thrives. What truly sets Tapcheck apart is its leadership—always present, supportive, and leading by example. Grateful for this remarkable experience of growth and support.

Cons

I believe there is room for improvement in the benefits package offered by the company. As we continue to grow, it's essential to ensure that we can attract and retain top talent. A more robust benefits package would not only enhance employee satisfaction but also contribute to the overall success and longevity of the company. I am optimistic that as Tapcheck expands, there will be a focus on enhancing our benefits to remain competitive in the market and retain our valuable team members.

Pros

TapCheck provided a balance with its hybrid structure and a well-designed modern office space.

Cons

The management style was a challenge. The constant check in’s when you go to lunch when you get in the morning & when you leave for the day. EVERY single DAY in the teams chat. I shouldn't have to do that if im already clocking in. Expectation for training was quite aggressive, especially with how many systems they use. I felt under pressure when my progress didn’t meet those expectations. Additionally, the training process was still developing, which is understandable given the company is a startup. Furthermore, the orientation was somewhat excessive, camera had to be on at all times during orientation. Also during the training which made it hard to focus. Overstimulating in other words. My manager was nice at first but as days went on her mask started to slip and there were times she was a bit passive aggressive with training.
