Pros

I've been at the company for about 2 years and it was hands down the best decision to join this this team, with this leadership at this stage. Not only is Tapcheck completely changing the landscape of how you get paid, the mission is in service of those who need it most - the more than 60% of Americans who live paycheck to paycheck. Our product sets us apart from competitors due to seamless integrations with hundreds of payroll and time clock providers. The CS team is best in class and deeply care about providing exceptional service to customers. The Executive Leadership team, especially the COO and CEO have decades of industry experience and are laser focused on a driving a clear and innovative path forward. I would highly recommend Tapcheck for anyone looking for that opportunity to be a part of something special!

Cons

True startup environment so if you are not builder, have an entrepreneurial spirit or flexible with rapid change, Tapcheck at this stage may not be for you. For those who enjoy startup environments, you will thrive!

Pros

TapCheck provided a balance with its hybrid structure and a well-designed modern office space.

Cons

The management style was a challenge. The constant check in’s when you go to lunch when you get in the morning & when you leave for the day. EVERY single DAY in the teams chat. I shouldn't have to do that if im already clocking in. Expectation for training was quite aggressive, especially with how many systems they use. I felt under pressure when my progress didn’t meet those expectations. Additionally, the training process was still developing, which is understandable given the company is a startup. Furthermore, the orientation was somewhat excessive, camera had to be on at all times during orientation. Also during the training which made it hard to focus. Overstimulating in other words. My manager was nice at first but as days went on her mask started to slip and there were times she was a bit passive aggressive with training.
