Pros
My location has relatively flexible schedule. we are able to call out the day of if something comes up. as long as your a good employee then your able to have some leeway. they are understanding with students that can only work limited times and know that school is important. I was able to become a team lead after a year but couldn't due to college. so quick moving up if you are a decent employee.
Cons
The yearly raise is a few cents sometimes. they never really explain how the tiered raise system works. I received a 7 cent raise but another time received a 25 cent raise.
