      Pros

      Great team and constructive feedback. Emphasis on up-skilling and being creative. Great benefits all around! Remote worker! Work life balance is amazing!

      Cons

      Wish the base pay was better (living in California) Remote positions are becoming more rare, so I’m stuck in my role and since I am unable to relocate, I am limited to few opportunities.

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
