Pros
Pretty much was guaranteed full time hours. Didn't have to worry about dealing with customers head on very often or rude customers. Didn't ever have to worry about jumping on a cashier register. Sometimes, I got to sit and just monitor the camera from the office.
Cons
On your feet majority of the time. Sometimes having to stay in one place for a significant time. Not really able to stop people from stealing but most of the time your presence is enough to deter people who have a full shopping cart ready to steal. They'll leave the cart and leave the store. Pay could always be better.
