      Pros

      none, really. It was your typical job that you will soon grow to dislike. For me, I've had Target work experience at another city and I loved it! Honestly, the people you work with with make or break how you feel about working here.

      - they overwork you - The wage increase is very minimal

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
