      No growth opportunities, the company would rather transfer team leaders between stores before they give you the opportunity to apply for a team lead position

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
