Pros

Great Benefits and resources. You can use the educational benefits to get a free undergrad or graduate degree. The culture is big on diversity and team engagement. Pay potential is great if you are able to work your way up

Cons

The pay is amazing once you get to management level but only decent at the Merit team member or slightly elevated levels. Their is potential to make good pay as a merit HR team member but pay raises & bonuses are heavily dependent on personal and company performance but, this can lead to favoritism in who gets what amount of raises depending on your HRBP. Development and upward mobility potential is definitely there but again depending on your location their is a lot of favoritism on who gets promoted.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
