Pros
Great atmosphere Good work culture Great guest interaction Recognition (great team cards) I really like working here and It is an amazing place to work at. I have nice ETLs and nice TLs. My team is amazing and working in the deli makes time go by SO fast! Especially being at a high volume store.
Cons
Usually hours get cut lets say you are supposed to get 40 hours a week as full time but end up only getting 32 hours ETL's are afraid to get their hands "dirty" in the deli - They are willing to help out everywhere else though. Always seems to be short staffed. Company advancement is near to impossible - They usually just move another TL from a different department to take over which makes it hard for those who are trying to move up in the company to try and even get trained or even considered a Team lead position. Sometimes I don't think working here is really worth it. Must have complete open availability to get a job in the deli.
