Pros

1. Manage a million+ business 2. Collaborate with multiple different teams to ensure your business runs smooth each cycle 3. Starting class to help better learn/understand the role 4. Reasonable metrics to be held accountable towards 5. Great younger team environment 6. Lots of opportunities to join clubs/take on projects of interest to develop yourself 7. Ability to build a strong network through setting up Coffee's

Cons

1. Target is so big, it can be easy to feel small sometimes 2. This is an entry level role, so you do deal with a lot of "clean up" from other teams that did not execute correctly 3. Still room for improvement to Work from Home more frequently 4. Lots of changes happening all of the time- hard to keep up with "best process" 5. Challenging to "Level up" in a promotion to the next pay grade due to very few positions available to apply to

Pros

If you are looking for a job that you’ll be a part of a fun team environment, have the ability to learn all about customer “guest” service, retail operations and sales, as well as merchandising even at entry level great opportunity. for such a large corporation I have been pleasantly surprised by how tight knit teams are. applying was okay, there were multiple steps (videos, assessments) but overall not too bad)., phone call and then video questions before hiring.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, but for the market it’s fair. Moving up involves a much larger increase in responsibilities and workload relative to the pay increase.
