Pros
Every one helps everyone else out. If you need change, push a button and someone will bring it to you. Have a problem and you need the customers to get out of the line, you just flick a switch to say your register is not open.
Cons
There are multiple managers, they may all separately tell you to different things regarding one thing. They may also have conflicting opinions on your performance.
