      Pros

      As far as retail goes, I highly recommend Target if you're looking for a challenging, fun place to work surrounded by great highly energetic people. They treat you as an individual and do their best to work your schedule around your needs and encourage you to seek higher opportunities.

      The pay raises are minimal.
