      Pros

      Pay is good and management will give you requested time off. You can accumulate vacation and PTO.

      Cons

      Only part time position unless you’re a team lead and up. Management needs to hire more people so you’re not constantly pulled to other areas. Other than that it’s easy money.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
