Pros
-Nice people to work with. -As cashier you don't have to stay late -If you do a good job you do get praise but usually from supervisors rarely from management -Some of the customers are alright
Cons
-Most of the people who shop at Target are either dumb,rude or both -The HR department refuses to listen to anyone -Target pretty much owns you -They will work you long hours -Pay sucks and they keep promising pay raises yet that doesnt happen -Speed scores are highly unreliable -The guest has more power than anyone who works at Target
