Pros
Room for movement. Always busy. It was easy to schedule time off, and schedule flexibility was amazing. I was a student the entire time I was employed and my schedule was able to be changed each semester.
Cons
The pay is low if you're not a team lead or an executive team lead. Even in a lower, supervisory position, you're called upon to do a lot, and it can sometimes be too much. Sometimes, the execs are too busy to help out or offer support.
