Pros
-Lot of opportunities -Okay benefits -Good experience -VERY flexible with scheduling -If you don't try too hard, and they don't expect a lot from you, the job is all around pretty easy (A lot of the pro's are individual to each store, and the management team behind it)
Cons
-Besides quarter 4, hours are pretty down -Overworked -Poor management, as a result of corporate not giving hours, and expecting too much from too little people -Angry guests constantly -There is a problem where management becomes dependent on like 1 or 2 people to do the most work, and don't really expect too much from others -HUGE lack of accountability for poor performance -Bad pay for the workload, which can get pretty intense -Without getting into detail, corporate will fire the best team members for nothing -Mistreatment from some management (A lot of the cons are individual to each store, and the management team behind it)
