Pros
- learned the basics of business and customer service - lead a team and a whole store at times which built management skills quickly - enhanced ability to work with people through solving challenges for team members and guests
Cons
- hours can suck at times, working every other weekend for 10 hour shifts, they can go by quickly but at times it’s a drag - it’s a retail store so some problems at pretty small but can cause a large disruption
