      Pros

      I had started working with Target as my first retail job and My friends are jealous that I don’t have to go through the real “retail” experience.

      Cons

      One of my friends got fired without warning for being “rude” to the team lead over the walkie. It’s a shame that there was no warning or conversation before they pulled the trigger.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
