      Pros

      Relatively easy position. Helps improve my customer service skills.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t really help, and has little ideas on how to make employees jobs easier. Very difficult to move up, and now rewards/bonuses for performance.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
