      The company does well in showing care for their employees. They are extremely considerate and lenient when individuals are dealing with personal affairs. It is extremely culturally diverse, and the environment is always safe.

      Cons

      Management can be a little overbearing, even with simple tasks.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
