Management really doesn’t care for wellbeing of employees. Top management does. Team leads don’t. They also discriminate when hiring and go based off of looks as you will hear them discuss it after you get hired on. There was well more qualified individuals who never got hired due to age but in other work environments they were amazing and strived. More of a targets loss
