Pros

Great diversity. Extremely inclusive. Nice coworkers. Good communication among managers and coworkers on the salesfloor. I worked at the front (checkouts) and would usually have team members from other departments giving me heads up about certain guests coming to check out, or certain items we did not have in stock which was super helpful. Coworkers were also super nice when helping out in my department.

Cons

Super high turnover rate. WAY overworked. Most days I was the only person staffed at the registers! Because of this, I had to do the workload of at least 3 people. Checking out guests/alcohol sales, processing returns, preparing drive-ups, doing go-backs and defects is too much for one person to do when the store was as busy as it was. I had to do all of this for 8 hours until someone showed up to take my place for the evening shift. I went home every day exhausted and wanting to cry. It was also clear that everyone I worked with was also exhausted and constantly wanted to quit. Not because they were giving up, but because they felt exploited and underpayed, and they were sick of it. The managers tried to say that it was because our location was understaffed. To me it was obvious that the pay was too low/benefits nonexistant for anyone to want to apply or work here.
