Pros
The pay is decent for a low-wage job. The benefits are very good no matter how many hours you work. The best part is working with your colleagues.
Cons
Meager raises, at time only .35 cents per hour after five years. Management is snobbish and dismissive when you report work-related concerns. Target as a whole discriminates against people from different backgrounds. This trickles down to management and their grievance process isnt transparent. The local store retaliates against workers who report grievances by demoting them or by isolating them at work. When you ask for reasonable accommodations they don't recognize them and then push for meetings to reprimand you. HR and the director make up false accusations about employees and discriminate against them.
