Pay is lower than average in my area, nepotism runs rampant through management, promotions are sexist (if you're a man, don't even think about it), and there are a RIDICULOUS number of sexual harassers that keep getting hired/protected. The "leaders" have specific metrics that they use to game their bonuses. This often leads to chronically being understaffed, buried under work, and gaming MyDay, so that it LOOKS like we are accomplishing things, rather than just shoving them onto the top shelf where you can't see them.
