      The Benefits and pay mostly.

      They are not flexible what so ever, as a family man I was required to work ridiculous hours, with no chance of them making it work for me or my new born. Should of never wasted my time and their team are simps

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
