Pros

When you get full-time hours as promised, the pay is very good. Good management will set you up with a full day of doing what you're familiar with in a way that leaves you feeling satisfied with the work you've done.

Cons

It's a gamble as to whether or not you'll receive proper training in any position. The first day on the job I was given two hours of training from a computer and then they gave me work that I didn't have any legitimate experience with. On any given day there's no guarantee who will be giving you your directive. In my personal experience managers often have a different idea of the best course of action, running you around so nothing is done to the extent it needs to be. The managers I worked with often let their personal life and mood get in the way of their decision making and demeanor, bringing everyone down along with the productivity. There's practically no guarantee you'll have the full-time hours you were promised unless it's the holiday season and it's convenient for you to be around, otherwise you get to sit at home being uncertain whether or not you're even still considered an employee.
