Overworked and understaffed - Guest Service Associate Target Employee Review

ETLs will talk down about you in the middle of the hallways, ETLs don't do much excluding maybe one of them. Company doesn't care about you really, intentionally keeps the building understaffed to cut costs. No incentive to stay because if everyone in the company gets a raise you lose the raise you get from your yearly review, unrealistic expectations, will lead you on to work harder for a management position and then give it to someone else and will keep doing it.
