Pros
Nice community of coworkers and direct managers, paid for my entire Bachelor's, very lgbtq friendly (although some mgmt is not as keen on this)
Cons
Exhausting work, understaffed on most days and all weekends, terrible upper management. Was yelled at/bullied in front of guests and coworkers for over a year by a manager and they were asked to resign instead of being fired
