No Direction - Anonymous employee Tarkett Employee Review

There is very little direction within departments, no strategy is ever shared with employees and you feel like you're on an island by yourself most of the time. There is also no path for advancement, even though it's something HR has said this is a priority focus, they continue to post jobs externally - never send out an internal notification - and most managers are hired from outside the company. You're guilted into staying longer hours and managers make you feel guilty for wanting to spend time with family, taking a vacation or even going to a doctor appointment.
