Promotion of employees not based on Skills or experience (nepotism, friendships etc.) Poor top management: disorganization, on understanding of operational issues, bad exploitation of ressources and skills Very bad atmosphere: insults, threats, lack or trust, lies, sexism etc. Unethical behaviours : no respect of legal rules (competition rules, privacy rules etc.) Results: 1) Last employee feedback was a disaster (2016) 2) High turnover. Most of the colleagues want to leave the company 3) many employees are burned out
