New North American CEO is out of touch. - Sales Tarkett Employee Review

Though this comment is outdated, we wanted to reply with update: Our team in North America has pivoted several times in the past few years in attempt to maintain business while bringing in leaders who would focus on results. A lot has changed since your last post, including our CEO. In 2019, Tarkett promoted a seasoned flooring industry veteran to the level of CEO (Jeff Fenwick). Jeff has been with us and understands the industry. We believe he has brought both a stabilizing presence and trusted experience to our Leadership. To your point, we do now presently have a CEO with a deeper connection to the flooring business and are excited to see how he has managed as a leader under the currently unprecedented time (Covid19) we are currently in.
