Poor management and inter department feuds daily - Anonymous employee Tarkett Employee Review

Poor management who were micro managers. Poor IT execution. Technical upgrade to SAP but they did not re-engineer a darn thing. Operations Management had no clue on how an IT system like SAP can actually help their business in many ways they couldn't even visualize. Departments and brands within the company feuding against each other all the time. Everyone was against IT but IT had their hands tied. No path to management. People leaving all the time, like a revolving door and they have no idea why. Not much in the way of training. Too much overtime.
