Great Company Depending on who your Manager is - Senior HR Generalist Tarkett Employee Review

I think that it really depends on who you work for that makes a huge difference. My manager was smart and knowledgeable of everything there is to know about HR. BUT man did she lack empathy, people skills, and just respect. I would have stayed with Tarkett had it not been for my manager. I think that it's one of those things that is just luck or bad luck. Companies can be great, but if you have terrible people in charge, everyone suffers. if you are considering joining Tarkett, I wish you the best of luck, hope you get a great manager in the department you go into.
