You will be encouraged to allow defective product to pass through the system, only to then be tasked with reducing customer complaints. You cannot win. I filled-in for my manager at a Tier III meeting and heard managers ridicule and demean hourly workers. There is simply no culture of respect and appreciation at this employer.
