Pros
If you are looking to work for an old dog with no new tricks this is the place for you! Products are not innovative or competitive. Shaw & Interface are the leaders and Tarkett been put out to dry because of the lack of innovation, design etc and R+D
Cons
Horrible leadership and management is not transparent. Have to chase your commissions without proper reports which is by design. There are better sales jobs out there!
