      Progressive company culture with great benefits and competitive salaries for the industry. Some of the typical "big business bog-down" and some corporate groupthink - but not even close to most comparable organizations.

      Cons

      Corporate interference in the form of non-value-added textbook regurgitations and templates and in the name of job security in some functions - which is typical for an organization this size.
