Pros
While the last year and a half has been tough, we're finally poised for real success. We've got the right leaders, the right focus and business is better than ever. Many who have left just weren't a good fit anymore or they were compelled by the great job turnover phenomenon happening in 2021. While it's sad to lose friends and tenure, sometimes a shake up is necessary. If we keep our mission at the forefront of all we do - there's no stopping TR!
Cons
Turnover leads to massive time spent in recruiting, training and loss of legacy knowledge. It's been a challenge but I see the other side on the horizon. Need to catch up our tools and systems and experience to the 21st century - glad this is our focus for the next year!
