Pros

There are absolutely no pros

Cons

You will develop anxiety or have it worsen and nobody will care. You will be forced to work shifts that you made known ahead of time you cannot work. You will see blatant favoritism You will be outright lied to about everything, including your job status. They will look you in the face and tell you that you wont be fired when they're just waiting on the ink to dry on your term paperwork. They want as much slavery from you as possible. Dont expect any of your hard work or dedication to be appreciated at all because it wont be HR won't even listen to you. They will even magically lose important paperwork that would benefit you. Speaking of benefits: there are no bonuses and merit raises are almost impossible to qualify for because this company is so cheap. The insurance is useless and overpriced. On top of the fines this company pays to their clients for not meeting metrics, they also pay a boatload for those fake ultra positive reviews you see up top. Work literally any other job than this one. I guarantee you'll be mentally happier and even treated better at a fast food place than here. You wont even make it out of training

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Cons

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Cons

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
